Reading Buddies is a program that pairs teens aged 13-18 with kids in grades 2 to 4 who would like to improve their reading. We are looking for role models who can connect with children and help them become engaged with the library and develop a love of reading and learning.

Be a big buddy and earn community service hours! Buddies will help kids explore a different aspect of STEAM each week using LEGO, Osmos, and Spheros.

Hang out and have fun playing with STEAM toys! Check out and play with some Ozobots, Snap Circuits, and botanical LEGO. Collaborate together on challenges to win awesome prizes!

Whether you’re already part of the fan club or curious about the hype, come hangout with other teens while we celebrate all things K-pop! Make DIY bias bracelets, decorate idol photo cards, create playlists and take part in a fun, K-pop-inspired writing workshop led by Linda Cheng, author of Gorgeous Gruesome Faces.
