You may be asked to verify your library card with the Libby app. If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it in your library catalogue account by going to "Forgot your PIN". Please wait several minutes between resetting your PIN and attempting to log in with your new PIN for the update to take effect. Contact us if you continue to have issues.
The Skilled Immigrant InfoCentre (SIIC) will be closing on March 31, 2025 due to funding cuts. This website will no longer be available after this date. Please save any guides you would like ahead of the closure. If you have any questions, please email siic@vpl.ca.
