The Skilled Immigrant InfoCentre (SIIC) will be closing on March 31, 2025 due to funding cuts. This website will no longer be available after this date. Please save any guides you would like ahead of the closure. If you have any questions, please email siic@vpl.ca.
The future job outlook is good. New jobs will be created to address the needs of the growing population of elderly persons, persons with psychiatric and developmental disabilities, homeless persons and those with substance abuse problems.
Growth is also expected in the area of First Nations outreach and community development, especially for youth and in rehabilitation.
