Manage your Account By Telephone

Use Telecirc/Telemessaging Dial-in to manage your library account by telephone: 604.257.3830.

This automated service allows you to:

  • Renew items
  • Find out what items you have on hold
  • Check your account status (find out how many items you have checked out or on hold and if you have any outstanding charges)
  • Set the pronunciation of your name via voice recording

Listen to the messages and press keys on your telephone to make your choices. Make sure you have the following when you call:

  • Your library card (or your barcode number)
  • Your PIN
  • If you are renewing specific items, have them with you as well.

The Telemessage system does not allow you to do the following:

  • Place or pause a hold
  • Report an address or email change
  • Report a lost card
  • Renew an expired card. Note that cardholders residing in service agreement areas may be asked to go to their local branch to renew their card.

To change your address, please visit any branch during open hours and bring the required identification showing your new address.
