By booking a studio I agree to share my information with the Vancouver Public Library and Communico LLC for the purpose of booking a studio. VPL’s and Communico’s Privacy Policies are below.

Inspiration Labs Recording Studio - Terms of Use
Expectations for behaviour:
No food, drinks, liquids or sprays of any kind (other than water) are permitted in the studios.
Studio doors must be closed and locked at all times if patrons are away from the room.
Recording studio sessions are for digital creation only, that is, activities such as sound recording, video recording, or photography. Attending a Zoom meeting is not an acceptable use of the recording studios.
As in all library spaces, verbal or physical abuse, vandalism, and aggressive or confrontational behaviour toward staff or other patrons will not be tolerated.
Recording studio missed bookings:
A missed booking occurs when the cardholder does not appear in the first 10 minutes of their studio booking. Please cancel your booking as soon as you know you are unable to attend, using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Repeated missed bookings are subject to suspended use of the studios.

Access to and use of this site and its associated functions is governed by the Vancouver Public Library's Policies, including but not limited to the Protection of Privacy Policy.
Communico Room Booking Platform - Privacy and Cookie Policy
Booking the Inspiration Labs is done through Communico, our third-party Room Booking system. Please review and follow the service provider's Privacy and Cookie Policy. Like many online services, the service provider may occasionally modify their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
