Timothy Bottomer is a Sr. Solicitor & Counsel with BC Hydro. Prior to this role, he worked for the Law Society of BC and in various positions with the provincial government and in private practice. Tim is a former director of the Brant Villa Daycare Society and the Environmental Managers Association of BC and has volunteered with youth mentorship, children’s literacy, and pro bono advocacy organizations. He holds law degrees from McGill University (Ll.B. and B.C.L.) and an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia (B.A.). A lifelong library user and voracious reader, Tim still remembers the first time he discovered the magic of interlibrary loan. He remains a devoted fan of the Vancouver (now, Memphis) Grizzlies.
