Nancy Hundal is a celebrated children’s author and teacher-librarian from Vancouver, BC. Her writing is inspired by her three children, her many students and the beautiful West Coast she’s been fortunate to call home her whole life.
Brian Deines is an acclaimed children’s book illustrator from Red Deer, Alberta who has been nominated for the Governor General’s Award for Illustration, among others. He works in oils and has illustrated an array of books including The Hockey Tree, On a Snowy Night, and The Road to Afghanistan. He lives in Toronto with his family.
