Award-winning author Richard Van Camp is a member of the Dogrib (Tlicho) Nation from Fort Smith, Northwest Territories. He has written novels, many children’s books, and has done considerable writing for television.
Born in Toronto and now based in Vancouver, Julie Flett is a Metis and Cree artist whose work has won many awards. She is a passionate advocate for women’s rights and for the survival of the Cree language.
