A young girl and her cat tell of his worldwide travels. Through the rhythmic question-and-answer text, they weave an enthralling story of finding adventure, kind people to share it with, and loved ones to come home to.
Vancouver writer Dan Bar-el has been a preschool teacher, actor and now travels the country doing readings and leading workshops for children.
Lifelong Vancouverite Rae Maté worked as a teacher before dedicating herself to painting and illustration. She maintains a professional studio, teaches children art at the Arts Umbrella, and divides her time between Vancouver and Hornby Island.
