Seeing what schools are like around the world gives young readers a chance to learn about different cultures.
Margriet Ruurs lives on Salt Spring Island, where she runs a book-lovers’ bed and breakfast. She had written many books for children, and travels the world giving writing workshops to teachers and students.
Alice Feagan lives in Savannah, Georgia, and illustrates for children’s books, advertising, and magazines of all kinds.
