BuildForce Canada forecasts that job prospects in BC will range from “balanced” (employers are recruiting qualified workers; new entrants and workers from outside the province must compete for available jobs) to “limited” (competition among job seekers exists, with some qualified workers unemployed and seeking work) over the next 10 years.
