Vancouver Public Library Resources and Services

The Vancouver Public Library (VPL) Central Library and branch libraries have collections of educational-related books and materials. The educational books of the Central Branch are mainly distributed as follows:

• The fourth floor contains books about primary and secondary schools and higher education systems
• The Children's Department on the first floor contains teaching books and materials for children from birth to elementary school. The Children's Department also regularly organizes various learning activities for children and young people, such as baby time, story time for young children, and youth book clubs. • Other floors also store educational and learning books and materials related to middle schools or above in other fields. For example: there are language learning books on the fourth floor; there are educational books on MBA and financial securities, and learning books on biomathematics, physics and chemistry.
