Unity

Unity is a popular development platform for creating 2D and 3D multi-platform games and interactive experiences. In addition to video games, it is also used in architecture, automotive and film industries. Have a look at the Unity Demos page to see what’s possible!

While Unity has a version that is free to download, many home computers do not meet the minimum system requirements to run the software. Fortunately, it can be used in the Inspiration Lab! The version of Unity we have available is Unity Personal, the free version of Unity. The version of Unity currently available in the Inspiration Lab is 2021.3.
