InfoAction is the Vancouver Public Library’s fee-based Information and Research Centre. We provide expert research on any subject, including background research for due diligence, market research for small business, historical city directory searches, mailing lists and document delivery - all for a reasonable fee and a fast turnaround time.

As a part of one of the largest public libraries in Canada, we have access to a vast selection of online databases and a wealth of current and historical printed materials from Vancouver Public Library's collections. Beyond the resources at hand, we will contact outside sources, specialists, companies and organizations on your behalf while maintaining complete confidentiality.
