Transgender and gender non-conforming people can book an appointment online to receive counselling services. Other wellness services also available.

Provides free legal advice on a variety of topics, including changing goverment-issued ID, to transgender and gender non-conforming people. To request an appointment with a lawyer, fill out the website form.

Rainbow Refugee is a Vancouver based community group that supports people seeking legal protection in Canada because of persecution based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression (SOGIE) or HIV status, or being forcely displaced.

Safety Resources

The VPD Safe Place program offers members of the TGV2s community a place where they will be welcomed if they are feeling unsafe. Simply call the police and wait for officers to arrive.
Describes relationship abuse, dispels common myths about abuse involving trans folk, discusses why a person might stay with an abusive partner, provides practical tips for making a plan to stay safely or leave safely, and lists community resources where help is available.

Youth Services

Includes group drop-in spaces, our Bras, Binders, and Breast Forms Exchange Program, one-on-one support, and referrals and resources for 2SLGBTQI+ youth ages 25 and under.
UNYA's 2-Spirit Collective provides support, resources, and programming for Indigenous youth, ages 15 to 30, who identify as 2-spirit or LGBTQI+.
Investigaytors is a community health leadership program that equips 2SLGBTQI+ people with the social connections, health knowledge, and community-based research skills.
